Dear guests,
We wish to offer you an unforgettable experience at Hotel Del Corso, and that is why we determined a set of rules and principles we kindly ask you observe, both during and after your stay.
Booking
For more flexibility, we recommend that bookings are made directly with us, via our website www.hoteldelcorso.ro, either by sending the booking requests to the email address reservation@hoteldelcorso.ro, or by calling the number +40-(0)256289289.
Bookings will be guaranteed by a bank card, valid at the date of the booking, or by an advance payment. In case of no-show, the hotel shall reserve the right to cancel the booking and retainthe amount corresponding to the first night of accommodation.
Cancelling the booking
Any room booking cancellation will be sent in writing to the email address reservation@hoteldelcorso.ro until 12:00 noon of the check-in day.
Bookings exceeding 5 rooms are an exception of this rule. In case of bookings exceeding 5 rooms the cancellation terms are set out separatelyfor each case.
Prices
Accommodation prices differ based on the type of room chosen, availability, day of the week, and season, as well as on the number of persons occupying the room.
Arrival and departure
Check-in can be done starting from 3:00 PM.
Check-out will be done before 12:00 noon.
Should the room be requested before 3:00 PM on the first day of accommodation, the request will be honoured,based on availability, against an additional cost of 10 Euros/h. Should check-out be done after 12:00 noon on the last day of accommodation, you may be granted a late check-out, based on availability, against an additional cost of 10 Euros/h. Should the time of the late check-out exceed 6:00 PM, you will be charged for the full price of an accommodation night.
Guests checking out of rooms before 12:00 noon may leave large luggage at reception, without any additional costs, provided they ensure the luggage is appropriately locked/closed.
Should guests’ luggage be left in the room after the check-out at 12:00 noon, an additional cost/h will be charged, pursuant to the specifications above.
Accommodating under-age persons
Under-age persons may be accommodated only if they are accompanied by an adult.
Accommodation of children between 0 and 10 years old is free of charge, if the existent beds are used.
For children under 2 years of age we offer a crib, as available, without any additional charges. To be able to honour your request, please inform us upon booking whether you need an extra bed for the child.
Only superior, deluxe, and executive rooms can accommodate an additional bed for the child.
All children older than 10 years old are deemed to be adults, and the additional charge for the second or the third person, as the case may be, will be paid for them (13 Euros).
Signalling
For additional requests during your stay, or for any other additional information, please contact the reception staff.
Messages sent with the help of the room economizer:
- activating the DND (do not disturb) button – should that button be activated, the housekeeping and technical cards do not operate, as their access to your room is restricted.
- the schedule for cleaning and checking the facilities is between 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM; should you prefer a specific time when cleaning and facilities checking be done, you will have to notify the hotel reception.
- activating the “Make my room” button – by using this message, cleaning your room is requested.
Additional guests
You may entertain guests in your room between 08:00 AM and 10:00 PM, with no additional charges. Should you receive guests between 10:00 PM – 08:00 AM, you will pay the difference of price, and the guests must register at the hotel reception by filling in the check-in/check-out sheet.
The number of guests you may receive in your room is 2, depending on the capacity of each room.
Dress Code
Hotel Del Corso does not demand a specific dress code, but we recommend decency and respect, both towards the other guests, and the hotel staff.
Persons lacking appropriate clothing, or persons dressed in a bathrobe, bathing suit, tank top and shorts, or persons wearing inappropriate shoes (slippers/flip-flops) will not be allowed in the restaurant and in the hotel lobby.
Payment methods
Debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) are accepted for the payment of services, as well as cash payment (in RON) or bank transfer.
If the latter was used, the payment order certified by the bank must be submitted upon checking in. In the case of a bank transfer, the payment must be made in advance, based on the proforma invoice.
Except for the contracts already executed, we inform you that the payment or the pre-authorization of the bank card is done upon checking in.
Should you wish to pay at the end of your stay, pre-authorization of a bank card, or a cash deposit for the accommodation period and services requested is compulsory.
Bonuses and service costs
Bonuses for the hotel staff are at the discretion of the clients. Tip is not included in the bill.
Smoking
Traditional smoking and electronic cigarettes are not allowed inside our hotel, pursuant to the legislation in place (law 349/2002, modified and amended by law 15/2016). There are outdoor areas specially designated and arranged for smokers.
The hotel has onlynon-smoking rooms, and should the hereby regulation not be complied with, a fee of 1000 RON/night will be charged for cleaning and restoring the hygiene of the room.
Pets
As a rule, persons accompanied by animals and/or birds are not accommodated in the hotel.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner
Breakfast is served inside the Argentinian Steakhouse Restaurant, found at the hotel’s ground floor, as per the below schedule:
- From 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
- From 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM (Saturday and Sunday)
You can invite anyone to have breakfast with you, provided the legal rules in place at the time do not enforce certain restrictions in that direction, but it is compulsory for each person invited to pay the breakfast served, to comply with the rules of behaviour, and to have a decent appearance.
For guests not accommodated in the hotel, breakfast is 13 Euros/person (the National Romanian Bank exchange rate, valid at the time + 1% will be used to calculate the conversion in RON).
The schedule of the restaurant is daily from 12:00 noon to 11:00 PM (the schedule may be changed should the legal regulations in place at the time require it).
Should you like to have a coffee or a cocktail, you can also choose the bar area found inside the restaurant, at the hotel’s ground floor.
Room Service
Room service is available on request, within the following schedule:
- From 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM (Monday to Friday) – breakfast
- From 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM (Saturday and Sunday) – breakfast
- From 12:00 noon to 9:00 PM (Monday to Friday) – Argentinian Steakhouse Restaurant
Sauna and gym room
Using the sauna and the gym room is free of charge for the hotel’s guests, should legal regulations in place at the time not enforce new restrictions in that direction.
Parking places and cars
We provide for clients, as available, 17 outdoor, video-surveyed parking places.
Although all precautions are used, we do not take responsibility for theft or damage occurred on our premises. To avoid such inconvenience, do not leave valuable items inside cars.
Security of personal items
We own approved electronic systems to monitor access inside the rooms and the opening of safes.
To store valuable items, we recommend using the safes available inside the rooms. We will not be held responsible in any way for objects forgotten, lost, or supposedly stolen on the premises of Hotel Del Corso, but we do provide our full support to return the products/items found on the premises of the hotel.
Special assistance
We ensure the access of disabled persons inside the hotel and the restaurant. For additional details in connection with this service, please contact the hotel reception desk.
Confidentiality of information
The confidential information our employees get in contact with will be treated with the utmost seriousness and discretion, our company having implemented suitable procedures regarding the confidentiality and the processing of personal data, so that all information we get in contact with shall be safely stored.
Processing personal data
Pursuant to the provisions of EU Regulation 679/2016 regarding the processing of personal data and its free movement, DEL CORSO FAMILY SRL securely processes personal data and representative images provided by clients, and only for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes.

For any request you can contact us at the email address: office@hoteldelcorso.ro by sending us a formal dated and signed requirement letter, which will allow us to identify you, and which will include the data on which we are required to intervene.
Environment protection policy
The environment protection policy is a constant concern for us, that is why we promote a responsible approach in this direction.
The bed sheets and the towels are changed two days from checking in, or upon the client’s demand. To warn us of your wish to change the bed sheets and the towels, please leave them on the floor.
Disputes and complaints
We reserve the right to debit our guests’ bank card, regardless of their wish, in at least one of the following cases:
- they left the hotel’s premises without paying for the services they were provided.
- they caused damage or destruction, which could be assessed at the time, based on supporting documents.
- they left with items which do not belong to them, and whose price they did not pay at the reception desk.
- they didn’t cancel the booking within the set deadline.
- they smoked inside the hotel.
We will try to amiably settle any controversy, dispute, or claim which may occur following the enforcement of these terms and conditions. Should it not be possible, this will fall under the jurisdiction of the Timisoara courts.
Provisions to eliminate undesirable clients
The Client must comply with the hereby Regulation, as well as with the social and moral living standards.
Also, clients must care for the property entrusted to them, behaving as veritable owners.
Any failure to comply with hotel rules, or moral and social standards, gives the right to the hotel to immediately terminate/cease the contract/accommodation, immediately notifying the client that they must leave the premises, otherwise being entitled to require the intervention of the law enforcement.
We reserve the right to refuse accommodating, serving in the restaurant, and access on our property to inebriated, rude, or disruptive clients, who damage the image of the hotel by their attitude, or who disturb other clients.
The value of potential damage or degradation of material assets belonging to Hotel Del Corso will be charged to the ones found culpable of causing it.
Fire safety
Clients’ safety comes first, and that is why we took all safety and security measures in case fire occurs.
The building owns an operating license issued by the Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (IES). The rooms are provided with smoke detectors and evacuation plans, there are at least 2 fire extinguishers on each floor.
The fire alarm system is automatic and directly connected to the hotel’s Dispatch Office, and the security company. Our attention for details also expanded towards the hotel evacuation routes, and they are highlighted with illuminated elements, continuouslypowered by independent energy sources.
Final provisions
We inform you that by accessing any service provided by Hotel Del Corso (accommodation, restaurant, spa, events) you state that you acknowledged the above detailed terms and conditions, and you tacitly accepted them.
Amendments of terms and conditions
The terms and conditions may be amended anytime, the new amendments being displayed before they begin to be enforced.
